As an Existing Building project, the target is to reconstruct the Shanghai Energy Efficiency Technology Exchange Center from the old factory. SPEC is trusted by Shanghai Creative Industry Investment Co, Ltd to participated in providing the technology consultation service and energy efficiency scheme for achieving LEED Gold level of office buildings B1 and B2.
