    Caterpillar Mountain Wuxi OSF New Factory covers an architecture area of 36043 m² including 29099 m² workshop, 3812 m² office building and 3132 m² auxiliary building and warehouse. SPEC is responsible for the MEP Optimization and  Energy Modeling. The project will go for LEED NC Silver.
