    East OCT Peninsular Villa, located in Shenzhen, is a high class villa club integrated with the functions of leisure, lodge, dinning, entertainment, and body fitting. The 3 –story villa with one basement covers a building area of 4199m2 with the height of 14.4m. SPEC participates in simulating the annual energy consumption and calculate the potential energy saving in the aspect of air conditioning, lighting, equipment, renewable resources. The project will go for LEED Gold level.
