The 3-stroyed Conference and Exhibition Center of Hainan
People’s Government covers a building area of 20995 m2 with
6373 m2 upper ground area and 14622m2 underground area. The
project calculates the thermal performance of all parts of
the envelope and adjusts them by the calculation result and
Design Standard for Energy Efficiency of Public Buildings.
Based on this, we establish the computer model, calculate
all parts of the annual energy consumption respectively,
establish reference design and compares it with computer
model.
