Hainan Provincial People’s Government Hotel, located in
Haikou, covers a building area of 27250 m2 with 3249m2 upper
ground area and 5243m2 underground area. The project
calculates the thermal performance of all parts of the
envelope and adjusts them by the calculation result and
Design Standard for Energy Efficiency of Public Buildings.
Based on this, we establish the computer model, calculate
all parts of the annual energy consumption respectively,
establish reference building and compares it with the
computer model.
