The Office Building of Hainan Provincial People’s Government
covers an building area of 47023.3 m2 including 2-story,
5866 m2 underground space and 12-stroyed, 41157 m2 upper
ground space. The project calculates the thermal performance
of all parts of the envelope and adjusts them by the
calculation result and
Design Standard for Energy Efficiency of Public Buildings.
Based on this, we establish the computer model, calculate
all parts of the annual energy consumption respectively,
establish reference building and compares it with the
computer model.
