    The 4-stroyed Politics Center of Hainan Provincial People’s Government covers an area of 8032 m2. The project calculates the thermal performance of all parts of the envelope and adjusts them by the calculation result and Design Standard for Energy Efficiency of Public Buildings. Based on this, we establish the computer model, calculate all parts of the annual energy consumption respectively, establish reference design and compares it with computer model.
