The project
covers a building area of 5272.8m2 according to the drawing provided
by Time Architecture, including integrated office building and
restaurant & bathing building. The four- story office building with
one basement can be divided in to three parts, office area from the
first to the fifth story, stairwell on the fifth story and elevator
hall. The central air conditioning is required in the whole building
to provide comfort air conditioning in summer and winter for
bringing fresh outdoor air into the space. The project calculates
the cooling and heating load of the building, introduces the
principle of air cooled heat pump and water source heat pump
schemes, estimates the costs of these two schemes respectively and
compares the new design with the original air conditioning scheme of
the building. SPEC selects the system composition, design it and
arrange the configuration according to the requirement of the
system. Based on this, economic effect is estimated. By the scheme
provided by SPEC, the annual- air-conditioning operation cost is
65,600 Yuan if applying the energy efficiency design. The annual
air-condition operation expense will be four times by using the
conventional air- cooled heat pump air conditioning.
