The Grand Hotel of Zhejiang Yaojiang, located north of the Ring
Road, Zhuji City, Zhejiang Province, covers an total area of 66764
m2 and an building area of 62325m2 including one-storey basement of
12757 m2 and 26-story, 49568 m2 upper ground area. The height of the
standard storey is 3.4m and the height of the building is 98.2 m.
The project provides municipal central heating and comfort air
conditioning in summer and winter. The project compares the glass
curtain wall scheme with air conditioning scheme on terms of
technology and economy and analysis the electric design and lighting
method. The project also estimate the efficiency amounts and first cost
of double pane low-e glazing system, narrow space glazing system,
and double pane low-e glazing system + heat insulating dwarf. We
provides detailed proposal of system scheme, heat pump scheme,
energy efficiency lighting design and control, optimizes the
highly-efficiency light source and energy saving luminaries, and
points out some problems of electricity design.
