    Stryker Suzhou Factory, located in Suzhou Industrial Park, consists of a workshop with 9000m² construction areas and an adjacent office building with 5000m² construction areas. SPEC works for this project as Green Building and LEED consultant, being responsible for building optimization, energy simulation, initial cost analyze, green building design scheme, design review, and LEED submission.
