| Since coming to LBNL, Dr. Lin has
been working on end-use energy forecasting models for the
|

| Techonology and Market Assessment Group, and
participated in the China Energy Group's effort to |
| |
| promote Activities Implemented Jointly (AIJ)
in China. Currently, he is coordinating international |
| |
| assistance to China's Green Lights Program,
supported by the United Nations Development Program, |
| |
| and LBNL's technical assistance effort, supported
by the US Enviromental Protection Agency, to |
| |
| help China promote the manufacture
and deployment of energy-efficient lighting systems in China. |
